White Lake Community Library Illuminates Small Business To Kick Off with Fetch Owners

White Lake Community Library will host a series of not-so-serious sessions with local small business owner/operators. The first session will feature Jen and Dan Hain, the owners of Fetch Brewing Company in downtown Whitehall. Most business owners have stories to tell, and all communities have small businesses that deserve appreciation and support. The goal of this series of events is to provide a forum for owner/operators to let White Lake residents know why they love what they do. In turn, the public is invited to come, share some refreshments, and get to know a little more about what owning a business is like for our neighbors. How did their dreams become an asset to our community?

Find out what it took for the Hains to pursue their idea of opening their microbrewery, hear about the behind-the-scenes operations, and laugh with them as they guide you through their learning curves along the way. Everything from business research, to brewing beer for a living, Dan and Jen have certainly crossed hurdles, and admit that every day still brings a new challenge. Open discussion is encouraged.

The Fetch event will be held on Thursday, April 19. Doors open at 6:00 pm, event begins at 6:30. The library will serve light refreshments, coffee and water, but, sadly, no alcoholic beverages.
