Library Plans Red Hot Summer Used Book Sale
Don't miss this amazing sale!

The library will hold its next used book sale on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, August 18, 19, and 20.  The sale will be open to the public from 6-8 pm on Thursday, with a special preview sale for members of the Friends Group beginning at 5 pm.  Sale hours for Friday are 10 am to 4 pm, and Saturday will feature clearance pricing of $2 per bag from 10 am to 3 pm.  Customers are welcome to bring their own standard grocery-size paper or reusable bags.

The semi-annual book sale offers a large variety of pre-loved books for all ages, from romance and mystery to gardening and history.  Used movies, music, audio books, jigsaw puzzles and other items will also be available.  Everything is priced to sell, with most paperbacks going for fifty cents and hardcovers for $1.00.

This summer’s sale will also feature a collection of housewares and gift items generously donated by The Corner House.

Proceeds from this sale will provide funding for Ancestry Library Edition, our annual subscription to the largest online family history resource available.
